Inzan is an old zen term meaning 'hidden mountain'. Our primary approach to creating simple and easy to use applications – be it for the Web or for traditional application platforms – is to follow the motto "less is more." We build all our applications on a proven, rock-solid architecture, shown to be capable of handling anything that comes it's way. The name "Inzan" represents our philosophy of creating software with great stability and longevity that is incredibly intuitive and easy to use.

Inzan was founded in July 2006 by Bob Edmonston in San Diego, CA. Bob has been building web-based applications since 1997, working inside companies such as AT&T, Bose, Adobe, FannieMae and Akamai Technologies. He is the founder of the Plone San Diego Meetup Group and an active member of the San Diego Technology Community.
